To help us pinpoint what’s triggering it and make sure we fix the right behavior, can you clarify a couple things: (1) when does the “Genius skipped follow-up message” note get added (e.g., only after sending from a specific Genius workflow, or in other scenarios too)? (2) what would you expect to happen instead when a follow-up is skipped—no note at all, or logged somewhere else so it doesn’t interfere with Last Note? and (3) when it shows up, is it actually overwriting your Last Note entry, or just becoming the newest note and pushing yours down in the history?
