When the vehicle has been sold and delivered, genius should not be sending the email 'are you driving the
sold unit
ye?' Some of these vehicles are very hard to come by and gives them false hope that we have another.A

Make Genius be able to see when a vehicle that you have leads on has been sold and delivered instead of continuing to reach out to the customer about the same car that was sold can it give alternatives and let the customer know that the vehicle was sold and delivered

Make Genius be able to see when a vehicle that you have leads on has been sold and delivered instead of continuing to reach out to the customer about the same car that is no longer in inventory can it give alternatives and let the customer know that the vehicle was sold and delivered. It keeps reaching out about vehicle's that have already been sold and delivered as if they are still available.

Great to hear your perspective, Madison McGarril! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on how you identify a vehicle as 'sold and delivered' in the system?
- What is the current process for Genius to stop sending emails about a specific vehicle?
- Would you prefer an automatic system update to stop emails once a vehicle is sold, or a manual update option?
