Genius Settings and Customizable Dashboard

The way this genius is set up would be great for a dealership that has an internet process on auto pilot. For ours it's more of a burden. We are actively engaging our customers on a daily basis and do not need the AI to jump into the conversation without permission to do so. There needs to be a setting where we can tell the AI when it's okay and not okay to jump into a conversation.

- How would you like to control or set permissions for the AI's involvement in conversations?
- Are there any specific times or conditions under which the AI should never engage in conversations?

Shelby Parker Sure. The types of conversations or engagements the AI should be engaging in would be trying to Reconnect not connect with the lead. If there has been time since a lead has seen a response, that would be customizable to the dealership in a dashboard would be preferred. AI should NEVER engage in active conversation between us and the customer. The AI should never attempt to make first contact either. A dashboard to control the times would be the best route.
