Can we make genius respond in a way that does not make the dealership look bad or unprofessional? Emails like:
"Dear,
I was checking back on your information, and it looks like you have not talked to anyone in awhile about your request on the 2025 Ford F-150.
Just making sure you are ok... Let me know!
Thanks,
Respectfully,
Molly Allen"
Make it seem like we are not in contact, have not done our job and we are worried about the customer. This follow up should be a call to action and asking for business/ appt and not asking if the customer is ok as if it is a therapist!

Can Genius look at a customer profile card and if it is a company profile, use the company name in the email addressing them instead of leaving it black like this
"Dear ,
I was checking back on your information, and it looks like you have not talked to anyone in awhile about your request on the 2025 Ford F-150.
Just making sure you are ok... Let me know!
Thanks,
Respectfully,
Molly Allen"

- Not sure on that side, however it would be something that the AI can tell that it is a different type of profile.
- Ya that would work in your example, just something that shows some kind of acknowledgement of the customer name/ business name.
- That could happen, but most of the issues come with the AI so if there is any way to work on the way it reaches out.

Hello Landon Liudahl! I have a few more questions for you:
- How should the system differentiate between a company profile and an individual profile?
- Is there a preferred format for addressing companies in emails (e.g., 'Dear [Company Name]')?
- Should the system automatically update existing email templates to include company names, or should this be a manual option?
