Hey Mike Lucki, thanks for your feedback! Following up on this:
- Can you provide examples of the different details you would like to include based on the source?
- How would you like the system to determine which source description to use for a particular response?
- Are there specific sources for which you would like to customize the responses more than others?

Shelby Parker I would just like to recognize that we are affiliated with the source of the lead. Truecar does not reveal who the dealer is so if we reach out normally it does not register who we are with the customer.
Here are some examples of what I would like to see
Lead with the Trusted Source - Every phone call, Voicemail, text, email
"My name is Shelby and I'm calling you from the Sam Club Auto Buying Program here at Riverhead Mazda"
"I am your Sam's Club Auto Buying Specialist here at Riverhead Mazda"
The source description is in drivecentric.
For example when the lead comes in it sayes Internet/Truecar/U/S. News. You can take the 3rd part and customize a response.
Truecar is the main one right now since they do not reveal the dealers name.
