It would be arguably more beneficial to have Genius be more of a manager / coach than a salesperson / BDC.
She should review a lead and give feedback such as:
  • customer made an offer or asked a question and we missed it. make sure to read the lead before responding
  • we said we would get back to a customer but forget so the customer hasn't heard from anyone in a few days
  • did we have a "call to action" when responding to a lead to guide the customer to the next step?
If she could watch videos and listen to phone calls, great but even if she could review the messages and provide feedback on:
  1. What we do well
  2. What we could have done better
  3. Where we dropped the ball and didn't get back to a customer or missed what they said
I am less concerned with what we do well. Selling the car is doing it well.
