It would be arguably more beneficial to have Genius be more of a manager / coach than a salesperson / BDC.
She should review a lead and give feedback such as:
- customer made an offer or asked a question and we missed it. make sure to read the lead before responding
- we said we would get back to a customer but forget so the customer hasn't heard from anyone in a few days
- did we have a "call to action" when responding to a lead to guide the customer to the next step?
If she could watch videos and listen to phone calls, great but even if she could review the messages and provide feedback on:
- What we do well
- What we could have done better
- Where we dropped the ball and didn't get back to a customer or missed what they said
I am less concerned with what we do well. Selling the car is doing it well.

- What specific metrics or criteria should Genius use to evaluate the performance of the sales team?
- How frequently should Genius provide feedback or reports to the sales team?
- Are there any specific types of interactions (e.g., emails, phone calls) that should be prioritized for review by Genius?

- Endless options. Conversions, activity, lead to engaged report, response times, etc. Really anything. an Ai can see trends and insights far faster and more accurate than people.
- Weekly or monthly is probably what most stores are looking for. it'd be nice if we could generate them ourselves. Select a salesperson and time frame. Maybe I can ask it to look for certain things. "Tell me how Matt does when answering a new lead. How quickly does he reach out? How long does it take to get a video? I can give it a prompt and it can find the answer?
If Ai just isn't at the point yet and its not possible, then maybe its something similar to the Genius Summary that got added to the customer card. But instead of a summary its coaching opportunities that just lives there.
- Texts and emails seem like the easy ones. Video would be amazing if possible.
I did a dummy test with CoPilot Ai where I manually copied the conversation and asked it to tell me what we couldhave done better and I'll attach a part of its response so you know the direction I'm going with this.

This could evolve into Genius reviewing all of a specific salesperson communication to see if there are any trends they could improve one.
It could evolve to mix with reporting. If it sees that Salesperson A. has taken the most leads but sent very little messages... thats a problem.
These are the things that Ai can make a difference NOW. Yes, it will take all of our jobs in the coming years, but its not capable of actually selling cars yet. It is capable of reviewing and coaching to help us sell more cars.
