Genius Reply - Translate Inbound Messages

When a CUST sends an inbound message, I would like to be able to translate it in the chat. Even if i copy paste it down into the outbound chat box and then click GENIUS it only gives me one language option.

Yes it should translate to my language. Genius will respond but not let me know what is being said!

100% agree! When a customer communicates via SMS or email in any primary language other than English, please allow us to translate their language to English.

Great to hear your perspective, Nick Grava! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you specify which languages you would like the chat to be translated into?
- Are you looking for an automatic translation feature or would you prefer to manually select the language for each translation?
- Would you like the translated text to replace the original message or should it be displayed alongside the original text?

Shelby Parker I would like it to be translated into English. Auto would be great. displayed alongside. this way each staff member doesn't have to copy and paste to read it.
