If a customer thumbs up a text or hearts a text, the AI does not need to reply again. And some of the responses are just cringe. Like Sweet dreams, sleep tight, Have a peaceful sleep, Dream big. We had one case where the AI and the customer both had no clue when to just stop and let it go .. it went on from 8:34pm to 10:52pm Of just back and forth of texts like this Genius- "I'll be sure to do that. Enjoy the stars and moon where you are as well! Have a magical night! ✨🌙💫" AI does not have to reply to every thumbs up or heart or thumbs down or HAHA.. its toooooooo much

Bare minimum it needs to learn to ignore responses that are only an emoji as well as when a customer on iphone reacts to a message. It treats the "John Doe liked your message" as a new message. There was one time where it responded to this like 2-3 times in a row before the customer stopped reacting.

I am for sure up voting this one , The Ai should turn off the second we start typing a response to the customer. I cannot count how many times Genius has answered a question in front of us making us look like we dont know what we are doing or that we have to many employees trying to help a potential client. Thank you,

Couldn't agree more!! On top of that, why can AI send these cringy 'personalized' texts when a lead comes in - while we can not alter our dull, vague generic opening texts in any way?

It’s so 100% cringe! Embarrassing quite frankly.

It would be very helpful if AL didn't have to respond back to EVERY interaction the customer has. If AI tells the customer we are closed and some one will get back to them and customer likes the message or responds back thank you, AI DOES NOT have to respond again. I can not go searching up all the cases this has happened but it gets excessive. This one stood out in my mind because it was over 2 hours of back and forth. The customer was trying to be polite and it was a back and forth marathon, thank god the customer stop responding after the 10:52 Sweet Dreams Rose text . It almost looked like they were flirting LOL Check it out (Rose Goncalves)

Great to hear your perspective, Samantha Salzano! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more examples of the AI responses that you found excessive or inappropriate?
- Are there specific times of the day when you would prefer the AI not to send any responses?
- Would you find it helpful if there was an option to customize the AI's response frequency or the types of responses it can send?
