It would be helpful if the Genius AI could read a lead that comes in from a third party, comprehend, and then not cause the customer to have to re-answer all of the questions that are already answered on a lead. For example, if a customer sends in a KBB lead and already spent the time filling out all of the information about their vehicle, Genius should not be asking the customer to resend all of the info regarding the vehicle like it does in the image attached here. From the customer's perspective, it looks like we are wasting their time by not reading everything they spent time submitting.
