Genius Follow Up - Separate Notification Tab on Sidebar

When I have 30 notifications from AI about the new leads, I am missing the tags from coworkers from when I am not in. If we could have AI as it's own notification tab, or be able to filter notifications, that would be very helpful.

Give me a notification is the A.I. responds to a guest

I have had a few instances where the guest will opt in with our A.I. and the A.I. will respond before I notice. Since there is no notification I have no idea the guest responded and now I don't check back in until my next scheduled task.
Any time a guest opts in of the A.I. gets a response from the guest we should get notified!

Genius should alert the salesperson of active conversations

Convos with the genius should alert the salesperson in the conversation tab to allow for a quicker response. Right now the convo goes only to notifications which is one more place to check for activity, why not show as an open convo since typically the response from the genius is not an accurate response.

Genius Tags are Excessive
M
Melissa Hortenbury
The tags from the Genius can be excessive. I can have 5-6 tags on a single new lead in the morning. Nevermind when I have 10-20 leads and have to go through 40+ tags just to find the relevant ones I need to see. Other times in an open deal, the genius will say they will have a sales consultant reach out and then doesn't tag us in those instances. I would much prefer a tag in those situations than multiple tags on a new lead.

Hiya Melissa Hortenbury, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide specific examples of tags that you find excessive or irrelevant?
- What kind of tags would you find most useful in an open deal situation?
- How would you like the system to prioritize or categorize tags for new leads?

Shelby Parker You can review an example on my new lead from this morning. Name: Yoana Roche Alfonso. Keep in mind this is every single new lead. We get a notification tag when the lead comes in, then if they engage we get multiple on top of that. After every dialogue prior to me reaching out to the lead, "Emma" tagged me so before I even had a chance to look at the lead I had multiple tags. It gets very convoluted trying to weed out the tags that are actually important and need a response.
Tags that would be helpful would be singular tags when necessary or a response is needed. Having numerous tags throughout the conversation is excessive. One tag during the conversation is enough to alert me to read through the chat.

@Michele McCoy This one is another one just worded differently about the responses going to the bell notification rather than unreplied notification.

Rework the notification system

Rework the notification system to cut down on excessive tags from the Genius. Notifications from coworkers are constantly lost in the mix because the Genius tags the BDC constantly for items that they are already aware of. Maybe a separate tab for "Genius Mentions" would help clear this up.
