I would like to suggest the Genius during Business Hours be more customizable. It currently has 3 settings. Always On, Always Off, Day 2 Follow Up if no engagement.
Why not customize it to the Dealerships preferences based on what they are experiencing?
This should be more customizable to the store's preferences. For example, I would like my store to start on day 14 because that's when the salespeople let off the gas and things fall between the cracks. That's the perfect opportunity for AI to get involved and handle the remedial tasks as such.
