If Sales or the BDC have a task already set to follow up with a customer the AI should not be able to also send a message, esp if it is the day or week a task is already set.

Also...the AI does not need to reach out if an apt has already been set to look at the vehicle. Talk about confusing the customer.

- Can you provide more details on how you envision the AI recognizing and prioritizing tasks set by Sales or the BDC?
- What should be the AI's behavior if the task set by Sales or the BDC is delayed or postponed?
- Are there specific types of tasks or messages that you believe the AI should absolutely avoid if a task is already set by Sales or the BDC?

Shelby Parker If a sales lead and there has been communication with cust, the AI does not need to follow up if task already set. If more that 3 days since anyone has reached out, and no task is set, then AI could hop on.
If BDC has a task set for an unopen deal... Mining for deals, there is no need for the AI to reach out. I work hard trying to find deals to Mine and there is nothing more irritating than to see the AI just reached out. The system should be able to recognize task already set.
If numbers were submitted to customer the AI should not reach out if Sales or the BDC already have a task set. And if Sales or the BDC already sent an email, text or called the customer, the AI does not need to also do a task later that same day
