If a customer has a language barrier or prefers communication in another language, being able to check a language preference box on their profile. This allows the Genius AI follow-up system to automatically communicate with the customer in their preferred language, helping improve the customer experience, reduce confusion, and increase engagement throughout the follow-up process. Currently sometimes follow up is in correct language but majority of the time it isn't.

Yes, we need this feature. Our dealer is located in SoCal and we have a very high percentage of guests where Spanish is their preferred, and sometime, only way to communicate. We shouldn't have to wait for a response when we know going in that the guest communicates in spanish.
