Although we have templets. Think that genius should automatically reword the templates every time when you choose one. That way, you never send the same template twice by accident. Also makes the customer see that they're being emailed by a real person.

They should be reworded but have the same meaning. Would make it easier for picking a template for a customer who hasn't been responding. Without accidentally picking a template you've already used. Accidentally using the same template twice, makes it look like an auto text. Customers some times opt out of text or email because of this mistake. Makes us look lake spam.

Great to hear your perspective, Joshua Washington-Boyd! I have a few more questions for you:
- In which situations should Genius automatically reword a template—every time you select it, only when sending, or only when the same template has been used before?
- How much change would you expect from the rewording (e.g., small variations while keeping the same meaning, or a more substantial rewrite), and should key details like links, names, offers, and compliance language always remain unchanged?
- What problem are you trying to prevent most: accidentally sending the exact same message to the same customer, or sending identical messages across different customers (or both)?
