Garage show vehicle trim

It would be extremely helpful to see the vehicle trim in the Garage in the left panel of the customer card. Currently, we have to copy/paste into a different platform to identify. Shouldn't the system be able to decode by VIN? Many thanks, Gareth, Toyota of Cedar Park

Thanks for posting this, Gareth Grandt — really appreciate the detailed context. Totally hear you on the extra copy/paste just to identify trim; that’s definitely workflow friction. I’m sharing this with the team to review (including the VIN-decoding angle), and if you’re able to share a quick example VIN/customer record where you’re seeing this, it’d help us validate the best approach.

Shelby Parker thanks for the reply :) glad to hear my experiences are potentially of value for future releases! When you ask for a quick example, are you asking for another example of no trim present? Not sure I understand...? *Because, none of the Garage vehicle have the trim listed, when you click on the VIN. I have to use Automotive MasterMind to identify the trim. Recently, I've started copying over for customer leads I'm working. This definitely seems something which can be automated :) LMK what you're asking to see, I'll whip up a video or images! (Y)

on occasion, a trim is listed somewhere in the details when you click on VIN but the trim is 98% incorrect. But very uncommon to see a [wrong] trim.

Shelby Parker here's an image of the Garaged vehicle w/o trim. Is this what you're asking for? Still, if the VIN can be decoded here, it would be extremely powerful to have also appear on the main view as shown in the original screenshot.
