Purchase Inquiry's Include Trade Details DO NOT DELETE THEM! When we dead deal a purchase lead for any reason, the trade details Vin, etc are lost due to it not being added to the Garage automatically. If later the client reaches out, we should have these details saved on their profile. Please make this very easy correction.

Great to hear your perspective, Jenni, Acquisitions Director! I have a few more questions for you:
- How often do you encounter situations where trade details are lost due to not being added to the Garage?
- What specific trade details are most important to retain when a purchase lead is dead-dealed?
- Are there any other related features or improvements that would enhance your experience with managing trade details?

Shelby Parker Thank you for the follow up! I spoke to Lisa and she said you would need to look into this for me. We know that the garage retains vehicles that are purchased at the dealership and those that we receive a closed RO Record on. My team works with Purchase leads and the vehicles they want to trade or sell only records the details in the "trade" box of the customer card. When we have worked the lead to the end and decide its time to dead deal that trade info is lost unless we manually move it to the garage. I'd love to see this info retained for future use automatically. I brought this up to Lisa as we have had the CRM for several months now and are starting to see cases where dead deal clients are calling to refresh their offers and we no longer have the VIN and odometer. My request is to add a filter so anything that populates into the "trade" box and is not included into a deal as an actual trade on a closed deal also populates into the garage. The VIN will populate the Make and Model so just that and the odometer would be GREAT! Thank you for working on this for us! :)
