Freeze A Customer Mining List

The ability to freeze a mining list at a specific point in time. If we were able to us filters to setup a list, and then freeze it, so that the information does not update until unfrozen, it would benefit teams (especially when marketing) as it allows the same customer data to be accessed at a later date without having to worry about that data adjusting due to updates to customer profiles (like latest attempt updating following an email blast).
I ran into an issue recently, following sending a email blast, where our target list adjusted from 200 to 7 customers following an email, so this made it challenging to assign a follow-up call task, and then a week later, to analysis whether those assigned calls had been made or not, which hurts our ability to mange campaigns.
Going forward, I know the new 2.0 Email blast tool will help with this issue, but what about Private Sale list exports, or special events, there are many cases when it would be beneficially to be able to "freeze" it an access this list of customer unchanged in the future.

Side note, its possible the ability to tag customers would resolve the need for this :) and mine customers using said tag

- What specific scenarios or use cases do you envision for freezing a customer mining list, beyond email blasts and private sales?
- How frequently do you anticipate needing to freeze and unfreeze lists, and what triggers these actions?
- Are there any specific data points or attributes that should remain static when a list is frozen, or should all data be preserved as is?

1) This is relevant anytime we want to access the same customer data/name list at a later date. So in the case of our dealer group, we have a call analysis template that allows us to determine the the success of a call list by taking this data and comparing it to our call tracking system.
2) I'd say, I would easily freeze and unfreeze 2-6 lists a month between my locations. And I'd unfreeze them in the case that we want to run a new campaign and we want a new set of customers for the list. I'd say for actioning or triggering this, it would be best to add this as an option within the "Save/Update Segment" section of mining.
3) Primarily the customer name should stay static, all other column could adjust & update to allow for better management of the targeted customers by the sales team leads.
