Fix Phone Import Classification

It appears most (all?) phone number imports coming from Kelley Blue Book when new customers load are populating the phone numbers as work numbers. Most likely these are cell phone numbers. It would be nice to default to that instead, unless there is something that specifically states it's a home or work number from the customer or import.

Thanks for flagging this, Brandon Chittenden — really helpful call-out. I can see how defaulting Kelley Blue Book imports to “work” would create a lot of cleanup if those are typically cell numbers. I’m sharing this with the team so we can dig into how that classification is being set on import, and we’ll follow up if we need an example record or any extra details to help reproduce it.
