I would love a fire customer button. I dont want them removed but I want to have a way to mark them as we fired them, so no one books them for service or sales.

Kate Redmond Thank you for the feature request! We are not planning to move forward with this request. We offer the ability to remove the Customer from the CRM, you can find this under the Customer Contact Card. You can also unsubscribe the Customer from all communication in the CRM and Pin a Note to the top of the Customer Card where you could add some verbiage about not contacting this customer. Hey Kate Redmond, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific criteria should be used to identify a customer as 'fired'?
- Should the 'fired' status be visible to all employees, or only to certain roles within the dealership?
- How should the system handle existing appointments or interactions with a customer once they are marked as 'fired'?
