We are looking for New Leads primarily but all of them would be helpful. We want it to key off of Source, and the specific request was to allow our BDC Coordinators and their management team to filter only on Internet leads. I think it would be more useful if the user could filter/unfilter.

Thanks for posting this, Asha Quinn — totally hear you on how quickly that left panel can get noisy when notifications pile up. A couple quick questions so we can understand the best way to approach a filter here: which specific notification types are you referring to in that left panel (new leads vs tasks/messages, etc.), and what’s the main pain point with the current view? For the “lead source” filter, which exact source field/values should it key off of (website form, OEM, third-party listing, etc.), and would users need to select just one source or combine multiple sources at once? And when you mention “certain users,” is the intent that each user can set their own filtered view, or that an admin controls who can use it / what they see?
