Would like for filters in Business Rules for Service Open RO and Closed RO to apply to vehicle being serviced. Currently filter only applies to sold deal and not the vehicle being serviced. Vehicle being serviced could be different from vehicle on sold deal.

Totally hear you on the workflow gap here: if the RO vehicle can differ from the sold-deal vehicle, it makes sense that the Business Rules filters for Service Open RO / Closed RO should apply to the vehicle being serviced.
