have desk log as a stand alone and be able to filter new and used we have a new car showroom and used car showroom so would be more effeciant to be able to just see whats in each showroom or for managers under same roof top to see what they are just working new or used

the Stock number of the vehicle would determine if its new or used , or just put a filter in that manager can save their configuration so stores that are one roof top dont do anything and stores like our we can seperate with filter also as I mentioned in previous reply making the road to sale sceen and desklog into one so managers can keep that up at all times with road to sale at the top and still have access to the side bar so would almost be like an l shaped with the desk log / road to sale in the middle so we are working from one spot

Thanks for posting this, George Khalil — totally get how a New vs Used filter would make the desk log a lot more efficient for a rooftop with separate showrooms/teams. To make sure we’re scoping it the right way, can I ask a couple quick clarifiers: what should drive whether something is considered “New” vs “Used” in the desk log (vehicle condition, showroom/location, assigned salesperson/team, etc.)? Who would be using the filter day-to-day (salespeople, desk managers, both), and do you want it as a toggle anyone can switch on demand or more of a per-user default view? And when you filter to New or Used, should that view include only active/current deals, or also past/closed entries?
