I want the AI to read through the conversations and provide solutions and strategies to approaching the customer about Finance Products prior to the time of sale. it should not things like planned ownership, how they plan to purchase such as cash or finance, and specific feature requests like technology or color preferences, compile all that info and similar to the wish list provide our sales people with a plan of attack to make sure that the deal is set up for success.

Shelby Parker Primarily focus on service contract, paying attention to things in the conversation like mentions of planned ownership or vehicle usage. Also noting how the customer prefers to communicate; are they detail oriented, casual, is this their first time buying a car, or do they have several vehicles purchased with our dealership? How are they planning on purchasing? If cash, suggest if the salesperson should disclose pricing up front and if so how early in the process should they do it? For example, if a customer placed an order on an incoming vehicle and that vehicle is arriving in a couple weeks suggest that the sales person provides information about how these products work to answer any of the customer's questions up front. we want to make this an easy transaction for the customer. if they plan to finance, have we learned things like how much cash down or if there is a trade in that will go towards the loan with positive (or negative) equity? There could even be a place where the Sales person can enter that information in themselves if they already know this from conversations with the customer.
You can also apply this info to other ancillary products like GAP, or any mention of preferred exterior options like color or trim to suggest paint protection or rust proofing. Additionally if the customer likes the rims on a vehicle of interest suggest that the salesperson mentions the tire and wheel protection.
Ideally the AI can read through the entire conversation and provide the sales person with a planned ownership snapshot along with suggestions on how to approach the customer with specific products or selling styles.
