Ai has been interfering with deals when BDC representative and Sales consultants have reached out to customer, and often after engagement has been established.
Ideally there would be a feature added that can be updated by managers/admins in the Business Rules that requires Genius Ai to ask the sales consultant for permission before engaging with a customer. There could be additional rules that say the sales consultant/BDC/a Manager must respond within their scheduled business hours or Ai will attempt to make contact. Alert from Ai should not be able to be ignored by Sales/BDC/Managers without a valid reason.
