Can we create separate buckets lead source for fleet/commercial for these leads and phone pops for accurate reporting please.

Thanks for raising this, Heather Vladislavich — totally hear you on wanting cleaner, more accurate reporting here. To make sure we’re scoping it the right way, can you share how you currently determine what counts as “Fleet/Commercial” vs “New”/“Retail” (is it tied to a lead source, campaign, form, specific phone number, etc.)? Also, which reports/metrics are getting skewed today, and what you’d expect to change once Fleet/Commercial has its own bucket? And lastly, do you need this separation for both lead submissions and phone pops (and should they both roll up into the same Fleet/Commercial reporting bucket), or just one of the two?
