Feature Request: Expanded Date Range in Engagement Hub

Hello DriveCentric Team,
My name is Mikey, and I’m currently using DriveCentric as part of my daily workflow. Overall, I really enjoy the platform and how much visibility it gives into customer engagement.
I wanted to submit a feature request regarding the date range selection in the Engagement Hub.
Currently, the time frame can only be selected within a limited range of recent months. It would be extremely helpful to have the option to select a custom date range starting from when a user began in the system through the present.
Why this would be valuable:
Allows sales reps to view every customer they’ve worked with over their full tenure
Helps with long-term follow-up, re-engagement, and relationship building
Provides better insight into personal performance and customer history
Gives managers a clearer picture of rep activity over time, not just recent months
Having a “From Start Date → Present” or fully customizable date range would make the Engagement Hub an even more powerful tool and reduce the need for workarounds or multiple searches.
I appreciate you taking the time to consider this request, and I’d be happy to expand on how this would be used day-to-day if helpful.

- How frequently would I use the expanded date range feature?
I would use it daily. Reviewing long-term customer engagement is a regular part of my workflow, especially for re-engaging past customers, reviewing my full book of business, and tracking long-term follow-up efforts.
- Specific metrics or data points I’d want access to:
With an expanded date range, I’d be looking to easily access:
All customers I’ve worked with since starting, not just recent months
Historical engagement activity (calls, texts, emails) across my full tenure
Long-term follow-up opportunities that may otherwise fall outside the current range
A more complete picture of my performance and customer relationships over time
Right now, those insights are fragmented or unavailable due to the limited time frame.
- Would saved custom date range presets be beneficial?
Yes, absolutely. Being able to save presets such as “My Full Tenure,” “Year to Date,” or “Last 12 Months” would be extremely helpful and would make the feature even more efficient for daily use.
I believe this enhancement would add significant value for both sales reps and managers by improving visibility, accountability, and long-term customer retention.
