Feature Request: Bulk Video & Text Messaging in CRM

I wanted to put in a request for a feature that would significantly improve efficiency on the sales side.
Right now, sending out canned videos or follow-up texts requires going through each customer individually, which is pretty time-consuming—especially when trying to reengage a large group. It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to select multiple customers (or an entire filtered list) and send a canned video or mass text message to all of them at once.
Having a bulk messaging option like this would streamline follow-ups, improve response times, and help us stay more consistent with customer outreach—especially for reengagement campaigns or time-sensitive opportunities.
If this is something that could be added or is already in development, I’d love to know. I think it would make a big impact on productivity.
