Having a "like/favorite" button on the customer card for customers you have a special relationship with would be helpful. Certain customers have a good enough relationship that you can reach out to them for referrals on special vehicles, and occasionally you just want to reach out or find them quickly to send them a card or something. It would be nice to filter for those customers.

I can definitely see how a “like/favorite” on the customer card (and a way to filter to those customers) would make it much easier to quickly find the folks you have a strong relationship with for referrals or outreach.
