Customize the amount of time to snooze a customer. We have 100s of customers that have special orders that take 6 months or more, or customers whose leases aren't up for 5 months, etc.

We have a follow up process set up for this in our store. We click "mark as sold" then click "ordered" once we have an order agreement. This follow up process fires a task monthly for 12 months so that we can stay in touch with updates on the order. We also have something similar set up for locates that fires a task every two days for 30 days. We have found this process more beneficial than snoozing (vacation, sick, after graduation, after the holidays, etc) for these custom order clients. I would reach out to whomever set up your stores follow up process and work with your pod to get this going in your store.

Snooze should not be extended. Things can get lost. At 2 months maximum, it gives you the chance to have eyes on the customer and check in. We have sales people that will snooze for eternity and we will never know what happened to the customer or why they were even snoozed until it is too late.

This would work real well for our RV store as the sale cycle is so much longer.
