I would personally love the exclusion to be foregone if the appointment is missed. I would also like it to immediately resume, after the scheduled date unless the clients profile moves to a sold / pending / delivered state, then we want to make absolutely sure price changes don't go out. I do want it as an attempt to reactivate customers that have been in however.
I am not sure how many functions can be tuned, but these would make it highly effective, I believe, with much lower downside.

- Can you clarify if the exclusion should apply to all types of appointments or specific ones?
- Should the exclusion be permanent or only for a certain period around the appointment date?
- Are there any other conditions under which a customer should be excluded from price change notifications?
