Enterprise Mining Segment Creation

I would like the ability to create enterprise mining segments. For those of us that manage multiple stores, specifically large dealer groups many of the segments we post in mining we want to put up at multiple stores. This would save a ton of time and energy.

Thanks for posting this, Trevor Shannahan — really helpful call-out. Just to make sure we’re solving the right problem, can you share a bit more about what you mean by “mine deals or customers across stores” (are you looking to search/view combined results, run cross-store reporting, build outreach lists, or spot duplicates/overlap)? Also, who in your org should have access to this (corporate only vs store-level users), and should they be able to see every store or only specific locations? Lastly, is this something you’d use day-to-day or more for occasional corporate analysis, and what’s the biggest pain point with how you’re handling it today?

Shelby Parker All of the above as far as use cases are concerned. Ideally if a user has access to that store and reporting, it would show up as a toggleable option to filter when mining. I would say it would be used on a monthly basis at minimum, but ad hoc requests would easily push that to weekly. Right now we have several reports that rely on pulling the same subset of customers, but we are having to go in and do it for each dealer. Being able to just select two more at once would be very helpful.

Shelby Parker I would like to be able to create a mining segment to create task assignments and email blasts for select unsold deals. Currently I do this for up to 25 plus stores. Often i create the exact same segment using the exact same filters and have to repeat it one store at a time.
For frequency I would utilize this weekly if not daily.
For data points and metrics - Making sure we are working our unsold leads with the tag of no future follow up. Working unsold lead that have had the latest attempt in more than a certain number of days are just a couple examples. I build many mining segments every month for all of my stores.
