We have been running into an issue of having duplicate leads on the enterprise level. We have 2 stores that are very close together, and thus often get duplicate leads. This is caused in part by the fact that we allocate leads based on lead source. Because of this, we aren't always notified when the same person submits a lead on different platforms that end up in different CRMs. Having a notification that lets us know that we have a duplicate lead on the enterprise level would allow us to better use drive and it would help us not waste time when we have 2 different BDC's/Sales people going after the same customer just because they didn't realize the customer is also being worked by the other store. This will allow us to not waste our resources on double working the same lead and thus we will be able to work more leads faster, allowing us to sell more cars. In addition, this may get annoying for the customer since they are receiving twice as many calls/texts/emails when they don't need to be and could cause them to be turned off from both of our locations.
