Enterprise Customer View

We are using multiple rooftops and sometimes a customer will put leads to each of them causing multiple agents to work on the same customer but different stores, we would like to be able to merge customers from different rooftops so we only have 1 record instead of 2 or 3 or 4.

Customer lead submitted in more than one store

Cameron Hellmuth
We would love to see a flag in our system when a customer has a lead in two stores in our group.
For example, we have a few franchises with multiple stores and are seeing that customers are submitting leads at both stores and it would be nice to see if the customer is communicating with both stores so that the managers can communicate.

Thank you for posting, Cameron Hellmuth! I have a few more questions for you:
- How would you like the flag to be displayed or notified to the managers?
- Is there a specific timeframe in which the flag should be visible after a lead is submitted in multiple stores?
- Would you like any additional information to be included with the flag, such as the date of lead submission or the salesperson involved?

Shelby Parker (spoke to cameron) i think it would be helpful for the tag to not be a "forever" tag, but maybe a week long identifier at the top of the lead when a match is found at another location or more, as long as BOTH leads are in the "lead, engaged, visit, proposal or sold" status at the 2 or more locations. It is not needed if the lead is not in an open status at any other location. I also like the one week idea since it would prevent a sales person from viewing it as a lead to try less on bc they assume it's being worked by a sister store or reduces their odds in any way. just some initial thoughts...

- Yes, only viewable users with special permission and would be either in the Timeline or some kind of special icon in the top next to the customer's name (currently where the fire icon shows up when it's a hot customer). Maybe the icon could remain until the lead is sold or closed by either store.
- Visible until customer lead is sold or closed by either store. Visible only to users with special permission.
- Date of duplicate lead would be nice in the timeline as an activity along with the vehicle of interest and sales person.

100% Need this. We have 5 rooftops within a 40-mile radius and customers often shop us against ourselves. We have no visibility

When you have multiple stores and a customer that goes to more than one, you can link the customer and toggle between the stores.

The ability to switch customer profiles across stores/brands
D
Dakota Welbourn
My auto group has multiple brands. As salespeople, we're allowed to sell anything (new or used) at any given store, at any time. Quite often, people are looking at/shopping several vehicles at the same time, and there's a need for bouncing between stores with the customer to show vehicles. In the current form, I have to create a different profile for the customer at every store that we go to, and later kill off the duplicates once they purchase. It would be a million times easier if the profile could "travel". Even something along the lines of being able to check the customer into different stores, versus being limited to the store the profile was created at would be immensely helpful.

Dakota Welbourn Thank you again for the feature request! We are adding a new feature called Enterprise Customer where you will see activities for a customer in other stores within the group. I am going to add you to that feature request so you can watch the progress of that feature! Thank you again and have a great day!

Change Customer's Store

Ability to change the store a customer is associated with once they have been created. For example, we allow access for salespeople across our group to sell used vehicles from any store, but the vehicle stays at the store and salesperson goes to that store to sell. If they sell, the customer is stuck in the original store.
