Please add video reports that break down open rates for Text and Email and Show Engagment analytics like view time and completion rates.

Video has proven to be the best medium for short messages. I am using this feature but struggle with tracking how successful they are. I would like to see the opens, clicks, views, interactions etc.

Thank you for posting, Brian Moore! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific metrics are most important to you when evaluating video performance (e.g., opens, clicks, views, interactions)?
- How frequently would you like to receive reports or updates on video performance metrics?
- Are there any specific integrations or tools you currently use that you would like this feature to work with?

Being able to see the length of customer views, shares, and other relevant metrics would significantly enhance the value of the video tool.

Shelby Parker Key Metrics: I'd like to see engagement duration, drop-off points, conversion actions (clicks, inquiries, or appointments set after watching), and open rates.
Frequency: It would be helpful if this data is available in a video report and included in standard reports.
Format & Platform: Simple Video dashboard or a standard report.
