Top 6 report and its compatibility with Reynolds, Dealertrack, and CDK.
We are submitting this as a formal feature request to improve DriveCentric’s integration and reporting compatibility with DealerBuilt DMS.
DealerBuilt is a core DMS platform for our dealership, and the lack of parity in reporting—specifically tools like the Top 6 report—creates real gaps in visibility, accountability, and performance tracking compared to stores on other DMS systems. From an operational standpoint, this limits our ability to:
Consistently track salesperson activity and productivity
Align sales reporting with DMS deal data
Hold teams accountable using standardized, management-level reports
Fully leverage DriveCentric as our primary CRM without workarounds or manual reporting
As a growing dealership that is committed to process, data accuracy, and performance management, deeper DealerBuilt compatibility would significantly improve DriveCentric’s value and usability for us—and likely for many other DealerBuilt dealers as well.
At a minimum, we’d strongly advocate for:
Top 6 (or equivalent) reporting functionality for DealerBuilt
Expanded DMS data mapping for DealerBuilt
Improved synchronization between CRM activity, deal status, and DMS records
We appreciate the transparency and would welcome the opportunity to be a pilot store or provide feedback if this feature is considered for development.
