Enable Reporting on Call Sources from Click-to-Call Providers

We want to be able to report on call sources that are sent to DriveCentric from our phone provider on the phone dashboard. Right now, the only call source data that shows up in reporting is from phone deals we manually create and tag with a source ourselves. Having this data automatically pulled in and included in reporting would give us much better visibility into where our calls are coming from and help with attribution tracking.

I am surprised no one here has asked to see how many calls come from their website or from a specific 3 party provider and see what the results of these calls are, this is what we do when managing internet leads and phone leads are no different. Grouping all inbound calls together without distinguishing any source is like going back in time with a paper log for ups and thinking eveyone who walked in just happened to drive by the store. this is sample report from another crm that gives data based on source being internet phone or walk in. In this day and age phone calls are really no different than a internet lead and should be treated the same when it comes to reporting.
