Enable autokill rules to be customized

Hard-coded 120 day auto kill should not be hard-coded. We should be able to decide what kind of deals obey which auto kill rules. Different Sources/source types should be able to be auto killed with different rules. We should also be able to decide what type of dead reason it is attached to auto kill.

Being able to set different auto-kill rules by Source/source type (and control which dead reason gets applied) makes a lot of sense.
