When a clients email box is full, the system shouldn't automatically delete the email. Just because the email inbox is full now doesn't mean we won't be able to ever contact them via email again

This should be a given. The email is not bad, nor is it a DNC. Why in the world would it be deleted from the profile? Please get rid of this feature. It's better an email goes through every so often than never at all.

- How long should the system retain emails that cannot be delivered due to a full inbox?
- Should there be a notification system to alert users when an email is not delivered?
- Is there a preferred method for retrying email delivery once the recipient's inbox has space?
