Request to add an option for opting customers into automated follow-up emails. This feature is available in HubSpot CRM and would help prevent orphaned deals from going untouched for years. The system should automatically stop emails if a customer replies, calls, or texts.

- What specific criteria should trigger the cessation of automated emails besides customer replies, calls, or texts?
- How frequently should the follow-up emails be sent, and should there be a limit to the number of emails sent to a customer?
- Are there any specific types of content or templates you would like to see included in the automated follow-up emails?

Shelby Parker 1) Opting out, purchasing a vehicle, scheduling service. It would be nice if these things caused a trigger so that I, as the salesman, can go in and give it a more personal touch. some sequences were email and task sequences, similar to what is already in place in DriveCentric.
2) We had the ability to set the time and date for the followups. I would usually do 2-3 days, 5 days, a week, 2 weeks, once a month, etc. The ability to schedule an email would be great too.
3) I typically would start off a sequence being very specific and the email topics would broaden as the emails were left without replies.
