Email reply all from phone app or group text option within same profile

When you have a profile with two emails for example, husband and wife you can add second email on desktop but not on phone app so no reply all option. On the phone app as well, creating a group text thread between both phone numbers on profile would be a useful feature as well.

I can see how not being able to add that second email on the phone app (and therefore missing a “reply all” option) would create a lot of friction, and the group text thread idea makes sense too.
