Would love a notification when someone impersonates me vs them having to @ me to see the response.

Sent a notification when impersonating a customer, and also be able to disable it for the session or message.

As many of us do get quite busy during the day, it would be awesome if we could be notified when someone has impersonated us and we can't get back to them in a timely fashion. As it is now, once someone has impersonated us it only takes away the notification that someone has reached out.

Hey Arnas, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you clarify what you mean by 'impersonating customer'? Are you referring to a specific feature within our CRM?
- Could you provide more details on the type of notification you would like to receive when 'impersonating'? Would this be an email, an in-app alert, or something else?
- Could you explain more about the 'disable it for the session or message' feature? Are you suggesting an option to turn off these notifications for a specific time period or for specific messages?

this needs to happen ASAP. This request is from over two years ago. Whoever is on the file should get notifications. Stupidly simple thing to fix.

Once an impersonated conversation takes place it could be noted with an exclamation point on the message bar that only goes away after we read it.

Yes this would be a great feature. Adding a follow up for the user is an additional step that can get missed from time to time during a busy day!
