Email open percentage for internet leads and guest reply percentage for emails on internet leads

Just because there is a time stamp on emails sent out plus when they open and when they reply. So if we can measure those stats for emails that are not templates we can try a different approach to try and get more engagement. I think a feature like this would be great.

- We would like to see the opened percentage on emails that we have sent out that are not a template. The percentage of responses we have gotten from those emails sent out.
- Daily if possible and a monthly snapshot if possible.
- I would say just the emails that are sent out on a day to day basis whether it would be outbound emails on new internet leads to emails being sent out to get engagement.
The goal of this would be to ultimately see how much engagement we are receiving from these emails to try and overcome obstacles from within the dealership. Which in turn could help us try a different approach with emails and improve that percentage down the road.
If that is not something that could happen, would it be possible to show ALL emails excluding campaign emails within the settings in DriveCentric? Is there a way to track videos that are attached to an email that is being sent out to a guest and the open rates for those as well?
