Is it possible to set up a notification sent to my work email when a new lead comes in or whenever a client replies to my outreach?

Thanks for reaching out, Patrick Lindsley — this is really helpful feedback, and I can see how email alerts for lead activity would make staying on top of things a lot easier. Just to make sure we’re scoping it the right way: would you want notifications for new leads, client replies, or both? And who should get those emails (only you, specific teammates, or whoever’s assigned to the lead/conversation)? Lastly, should it fire for every lead/reply, or only for certain sources/campaigns/assigned leads?

Shelby Parker, thanks for the quick reply. I would want notifications for both when a new lead arrives (that is assigned to me) in addition when a client replies via email & text message.
Our previous CRM had notifications sent to whoever is assigned to the lead conversation and fired for every lead and every reply.
Many of my associates, myself included, rely on our smart watches for email notifications when new leads arrive or replies come in so we can stay on top of our client conversations.
An arguably more difficult solution would be to create a DriveCentric application for smartwatches that could ping when leads/replies occur.
