Thanks for sharing this, Dionna Richards — a permanent header option makes a lot of sense and could definitely smooth out the workflow. To make sure we’re thinking about it the right way: where would you want the header to show up (top of every outbound email, only certain campaigns/types, or scoped to specific users/teams)? What’s the main goal for it on your side (compliance/disclaimer, branding, location/store info, promos, etc.)? And should it be “locked” so it can’t be removed/edited during composition, or is it fine if people can tweak it per email?
