When sending an email, having the stores header as permanent instead of having to insert it every time in order to make the email chain look professional. We are able to add headers permanently to our templates that we make, but when responding back to a customer it sends blank unless if you have the ability to add in your stores header.

- How often do you find yourself needing to manually add the store's header when responding to customers?
- Would you prefer the header to be automatically included in all email responses, or only in specific scenarios?

- We have to add it in everytime we respond to an email that isn’t using a template. Which, if sending from the mobile device, it almost never gets entered in.
- Would prefer to automatically place the stores header in every email response.
- We have one. Ours is made specifically for our dealership, so it would be nice to have a setting for us to place our header, like we have for our email signature. That way, if we update our headers, we are able to manually change it ourselves.
