Shelby Parker thank you for the follow up questions. 1. Phone # is always captured. But email is not and this gives the dealership and drive centric tool the availability to market with Genius down the road with continued unsold showroom follow up, sold service retention and any AIM/campaign marketing that the dealership puts out in the future. 2. To integrate the email capture into the current existing sales process for showroom only, once showroom is checked email shows up read to fill in and there is a check mark to click if customer doesn't want to give an email. (this will keep sales reps from choosing phone up and bypassing showroom option) In turn when this email feature is turned on and that is checked, something on the customer card like their name or circle with initials turns red. In turn this will notify the manager that there is no email captured when they are either looking at the profile/desking/appt or any spot the customers info is at. In this way, this Option can be added to phone, as well as showroom if a dealership chooses to do so. 3. If email needs to be bypassed, there can also be a manager option to approve no email gave by customer and takes away the red color that flags no email capture, for approval by manager only.
