Can we have responses to email blasts go straight to the sales managers?

- Who should be notified if the sales managers are unavailable to respond to the email blasts?
- Are there specific types of email blasts that should be directed to the sales managers, or should all be included?
- Is there a preferred method for notifying sales managers of incoming responses, such as email notifications or a dashboard alert?
