As a dealer, I would like to see updates made to the Email Blast tool.
- Improvements in user interface and user experience
- Improvements in batch sending for deliverability
- Adding Template selection within a draft
- Adding a new reporting tab for emails with issues
- Adding features such as draft scoring / spam check
- Adding Genius Reply for rewriting drafts
- Adding the ability to email a draft preview

Email Blast Test emails will allow users to send test emails to themselves before sending them to customers, ensuring all content, formatting, and external links are working correctly. Users can identify and fix issues before they reach customers, leading to fewer errors and improved communication quality. Add a tool to emails to automatically check SPAM score for outbound emails to help our staff know if their email is more likely to be blocked.

Thank you for the feedback! We are actively researching ways to combat the impending Google and Yahoo changes slated for February 2024. The good news is that one of the main callouts is:
"If you send more than 5,000 daily emails to Google and Yahoo addresses, you must: Authenticate your emails using security protocols like DKIM, SPF, and DMARC."
This is something we already do for all DriveCentric domains.

All emails will be blocked / undeliverable through this feature when the Google and Yahoo settings are updated in Feb 2024 I bet. So frustrating!

I download the lists and send through a verified email vendor/system instead of through the DriveCentric interface due to deliverability issues.
