As a dealer, I would like to see updates made to the Email Blast tool.

- Improvements in batch sending for deliverability
- Adding Template selection within a draft
- Adding a new reporting tab for emails with issues
- Adding features such as draft scoring / spam check
- Adding Genius Reply for rewriting drafts
- Adding the ability to email a draft preview
- Adding the ability to print lists
- Adding the ability to export lists

Without the ability to specify a user email address, our email blasts all look like spam. We'd love to be able to capitalize on the relationships our staff have developed with their customers, and the ability to specify sender email would be a game changer on that count.

Export Email Blast Information
K
Kielan Whitner
We are trying to export the tracking data from an email blast. Want to be able to pull the data of the people that "clicked" or "opened" the email to retarget the customers.

Hey Kielan Whitner, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific format or file type would you prefer for the exported data?
- How frequently do you anticipate needing to export this data?
- Are there any specific data fields or metrics you would like included in the export?

Shelby Parker Excell or PDF. Only after blast sent. Name current car, phone number email.

If a customer replies to an email blast we're currently not able to reply to their response. Solution I'm given is to copy and paste their response into a whole new email to reply that way. We need to simplify this and allow responses from any user regardless of who sent the original email. Happy to provide screenshots or customer examples

Export data from the Email Blast tool

Allow for exporting of data including open, click, and customer information for data analysis. If not export, I would like to be able to create a report based on email blast data to be able to filter customers by engagement and previous contact to create a call campaign for salespeople to engage interested customers.

printing out opened list

Christopher Dupont
it would be really helpful to have a way to print out the lists off the email blasts. More specifically.. the customers that have opened the email blasts. currently there is no easy way for sales staff to go through these and reach out to customers that have opened them.

not SUPER frequent. but, it would be nice to have when we have lists to go through. it seems like there are other lists that don't print that would be nice. this is is just recent and fresh in the head.

Thank you for posting, Christopher Dupont! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific format or information would be most useful when printing the list of customers who opened the email blasts?
- How frequently do you anticipate needing to print these lists?
- Are there any specific filters or criteria you would like to apply to the list before printing?
