Hi Shelby! The notifications tab pings us when a customer starts browsing our dealer website under the notifications. I want to mute just those two clients because, in my opinion, they have multiple tabs open on either their smartphone or computer desktop as another page. I had to zoom out on the customer profile to give you an idea of just how many "notifications" we receive from just 1 or 2 individuals. The names are Melinda Mak and Jai Rivarde (Jai being the biggest offender, not in the same state, 0.1% chances of selling them a car). I don't know if others are being notified, but it's a constant buzzing on my phone while out of the office and desktop when in the office.

To make sure we’re looking at the right fix, could you clarify: (1) which exact “browsing your dealer website” notification you’re seeing and where it shows up (in-app, email, push, etc.)? (2) are you hoping to mute notifications for just those two specific clients altogether, or mainly prevent the repeated alerts when they leave a tab open (but still get notified if they come back later)? And (3) should that suppression apply only to you, or to anyone at the dealership who receives those browsing notifications?
