Easier Way To Track Monthly and Yearly Performance/Records.

I had to have a custom report build for MoM and YoY for different aspects of the group's performance. This does not allow you to change the date or back and look at a different timeframe. There should be an easier way to know if we are tracking ahead of the previous month, the same month from the previous year, or any other timeframe that we want to compare to. Similar to GA4.
The "health board" is far too high level to make decisions off of and does not have comparison ability.
Currently, it requires taking screenshots of reporting and exporting multiple CSVs to tell if you are up MoM or YoY on visits, Leads, sources, quite literally any meaningful statistic.

I agree, most reporting have some sort of way to compare month to month, year to year. This would be a useful way to identify pacing but I assume this is dependent on leadsource changes.

Delivered % In All Reports Needs To Match Date In Report, Not All Time

You are currently unable to pull YoY reporting for Internet or other sources based on how many deals you had delivered at a certain time for the prior year.
Example: 1st - 15th MTD vs Prior Year 1st - 15th MTD sources.
- MTD has 50 deals and 5 sold = 10%
- PY MTD has 50 deals and 25 sold = 50%
That 25 from PY MTD is looking to see if that deal was ever delivered even if it is past the cutoff date. I.e. The deal may have come in between the 1st - 15th of the prior year month but reporting is looking to see if that deal was ever delivered through out the rest of the year and counting in it the 1st - 15th report vs. taking a snapshot of how may deals you have delivered for the timeframe when the report was run.
This prevents you from looking at closing rates YoY accurately.
Referring back to the example above, PY MTD should show how many deals were delivered between the 1st - 15th PY MTD - not how many of those deals eventually delivered and then counting that as being delivered during that timeframe.

Month Over Month Reporting!

SEE PHOTO THIS WILL SAVE US ALL SO MUCH TIME!
The ability to track month over month reports would save me the hours I spend going month over month when pulling previous month data. This time spent could be easily relieved with the ability to output a report similar to this!

Hello William Newby III! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific metrics or data points are most important for you in the month-over-month report?
- How frequently do you need to generate these month-over-month reports?
- Are there any specific formats or visualizations that would be most helpful for you in these reports?

- Sales Metrics, Sales Person statistics for growth, sales, leads, the possibilities are endless.
- Multiple Times a month at a minimum 1x a week and monthly as we try to build these month over month performances
3.The format show in the photo is nice but if It had the ability to compare stores as well in this as a sub catagory of the Months as a break out (Like a pivot table from excel, That would be much easier.

Thank you for posting, John Vincent! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific metrics or statistics are most important for you to compare on a monthly and yearly basis?
- How frequently do you need to access these performance comparisons, and in what format would be most useful for you?
- Are there any specific features or functionalities from GA4 that you find particularly useful for performance tracking that you would like to see implemented?

Great to hear your perspective, John Vincent! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you clarify if you need the report to show only the deals delivered within the specified timeframe, or should it also include deals that were initiated but not delivered within that timeframe?
- Are there specific types of reports or data views where this change is most critical for your analysis?
- Would you like the ability to customize the date ranges for these reports, or is the standard MTD vs PY MTD comparison sufficient?

This also applies to Engagement, Appointments, Visits, etc......Any metric in your report is not going to be accurate when comparing YoY
